Print Your Company's Vision Statement
Write out why you are in business,
and your own personal standards. Include a summary of your ethics, and an
outline of how you deal with customers. Then give it to every prospect-it will
blow them away. Even better, get a calligrapher to do it up in nice writing,
and print onto special paper.
Hints and Tips:
1.
Have
it professionally written up.
2.
Be
proud of it-give it out freely.
3- Spend some time on the words so each one is
a winner. It should be very positive and inspiring.

Use Prospect Questionnaires
Instead of going through the normal
sale process, why not give prospects a questionnaire? Make it short, and wait
with them while they fill it out, or better still, fill it out for them. Then,
make your proposal fit their needs exactly. If they don't want to spend what
you quote, suggest that you could do it for the price they want, but they may
need to sacrifice a few things.
Hints and
Tips:
1.
Ask
customers, What exactly do you want?
2.
Compose
a questionnaire with simple questions for them to complete.
3- Try to attach a value to everything they may
want. This way they control the final price and they will know exactly what
needs to be sacrificed if they want to stay under a certain figure.
